- the Ubuntu community, how it works and how you can get involved.
It also features a DVD with the latest Ubuntu version.
It’s written by our very own Benjamin Mako Hill, Jono Bacon, Corey Burger, Jonathan Jesse and Ivan Krstic, with contributions from many of Doc Team and other parts of the Ubuntu community.

If I may suggest, maybe a more prominent announcement on the main forum page may make a more significant impact on the community. I ordered this book as soon as I found out it was out there. There is a lot of good information collated there but I found the history recitation the most interesting. Overall a good read with lots of good links to other information.
