    The error box pops up on login, says access needs permission or something, I don't think it is affecting the OS. But the error box is getting kinda irritating.

    But srsly, the only problem I had with Firefox on Ubuntu was the font, that was fixed by forbidding websites from using their own fonts.

    the kernal errors were fixed by reinstalling grub in synaptic
    the nvidia driver problem was fixed by installing the one on the website instead of that of synaptic

    sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg to save the OS whenever I mess things up anymore.
