That button problem is caused by Unity3D and flash 11.2 . I think you have 2 options here.Use google-chrome or relog to Unity2D.

I think you can use this workaround .Maximize window and use zoom in .I tried it once but playing in window was better for me .Flash is big mess on linux :(
