Well mine is the product of 2 days learning Blender. Modelled and rendered in Blender but for the actual avator I used Gimp to cut and resize it. It was originally purple, I have no idea why, anyway...

well it works fine for me although i had to click within the animation to get it to accept my input (up,down,left,right etc...) so i guess flash just deafaults to out of focus?
