Where did you pull linux headers from? the install cd or do you have other internet access and you pulled from repos?
kernel and gcc build looks ok. See post two though of this thread. Your modinfo shows the module in /lib/mod/kernel/driver/ and that post suggests moving it to /lib/module/kernel/driver/net/wireless....
