I don't know about wanda. I suppose it's possible, in my PS2-Linux it gives you a fortune by default when you log in to Gnome, so I guess I could try to check there if I can figure out how it's done.. I just left the wanda popup open in the screenshot because I was quite amazed when it refused to give me a fortune (until I looked at the date ).
