    I can't help but ask, but how do you set an avatar in gaim? I have been trying to do this for a long time with my aim account, but I just cannot figure it out for the life of me.

    (please excuse the randomness of this post, I just was wondering at the above poster's screenshot)

    Well, you right click on the icon in your system tray, click accounts, select the account to edit, then click the modify button. There is an option to select a buddy icon in there.

    Hey guys, I have a question. Should I just wait for Dapper to release to use XGL and compiz, or when should I make the upgrade? I really want to use it now, but last time when I tried to upgrade I got an error with Xauthority that was never solved.

    Also, does XGL work in KDE, and does anyone have screenshots of it? I only see it working in GNOME...

    Yes it does work on KDE, the only thing is that superkaramba widgits don´t seem to work :s but nevermind!

    Off topicish: Has anyone gotten compiz to work on e17?
