    Themes for xubunu Dapper

Xubuntu developers invite you to help choosing a theme for the upcoming xubuntu dapper.
We have three themes to choose from; each includes a logo, a color scheme, a wallpaper, a gdm greeter and a usplash.
    They can be viewed here:

Don't know about the color schemes, but for me Luzi has undoubtedly the best designed graphics.

I found them to be very simple and elegant and yet different, almost futuristic.

I like JozsefMak_1 and JozsefMak_2. They are more artistic and fit better for a light weight distro like Xubuntu. I also like the Tango aluminum and the steel blue color schemes.

These all look great! I voted for my favorite, but I would hope that all of these are included in someway or another. Perhaps installed, but not as default. Or maybe in a seperate artwork-extras package.

I voted for Luzi because I think it was the best artwork, but I also appreciated the slightly friendlier tone of Jozsef_Mak 2.
I try to treat the cause, not the symptom. I avoid the terminal in instructions, unless it's easier or necessary. My instructions will work within the Ubuntu system, instead of breaking or subverting it. Those are the three guarantees to the helpee.

I like the relative cheeriness of Luzi, and Mak 2 is better than Mak 1 for sure.
Hang in there. It gets better...

i kind of like the current stuff and color sceme, but i definently thinks the luzi usplash screen should be the default.

It's a dark & rainy day where I am today and all of the suggested themes look the same, really mentally depressing. I got so depressed looking at them I didn't vote for any.

During the long Danish winter I would agree with you, but it is spring now and I like JozsefMak_2... and... imagine using the BROWN Ubuntu default theme instead... brr...

    JozsefMak_2!
