Hey all,
I was a problem removing a package which half-failed to install in the first place. Here is the output:

After editing /etc/rageircd/rageircd.conf ServerInfo block "name" variable to my system's hostname, I was able to uninstall the application by using the same command as above.
I don't know if this will be useful to anyone, but just in case... this is the fix!
