You can acces your sources.list with that command in terminal:

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
or in kubuntu,

sudo kwrite /etc/apt/sources.list
just in terminal,

sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
Then you can just copy below repositories. You can change country code from de to your country code or the country code of a country near you.... You can also check out source-o-matic script page, too: http://www.ubuntulinux.nl/source-o-matic.
Some users need programs like latest wine, final OO2 and Opera Web Browser . If you actually want use these programs you can uncomment (remove # in front of their addresses) their repositories.
